Spaceship Away - what do you think of it?

I like it (enough to have a subscription).

Obviously I like the Dan Dare strips (a pity that Don Harley cannot do more than he does).

Journey into Space is good and I am looking forward to the new Ron Turner strip.

I just wondered if there are anybody on this site who reads it and their thoughts.

I've seen it at conventions but have never "got around to" getting a subscription. The same attitude that made me miss issue 1 of the DFC. Perhaps one day i'll pull me finger out... I'll keep an eye out and wait for a new set of strips to start so that i don't come on in the middle of a story.

I hear it runs articles too.. are these mostly/entirely about The Eagle and Dan Dare or are there other things too?

I read a copy a few years ago, and really enjoyed it. I keep meaning to subscribe.

The issues are expensive though.

Spaceship saway is a great fanzine but I agree its too expensive cfor me as a regular purchase - still at least it comes out when it should, unlike Comics International (losing patience with this mag )
