DARKIES MOB

Just a big thank you to Al, This was my favourite Battle character. I had Battle since it first came out now you see I'm 38,and I tell my son about darkies mob,rat pack and stuff. and Panzer G man,johnny red,charleys war etc the list goes on and on. I have been making up bed time stories for my little boy and had been using Darkies Mob as an adventure for him,and we get his toy guns out and pretend were in the jungle.ha ha i dont suppose i ever grew up. well now he can read it for himself, you know its funny how nowadays children like him dont have comics anymore,when i come home from work,i find him on the computer playing Medal of Honor,Ghost Recon,Operation Flashpoint,and playing these roles in a virtual environment. but i do hasten to add,the bedtime stories of Darkies Mob are his favorites and he is always asking for them. Anyway,thankyou so much for this great site, and i look forward to the next installment of DAAKEES MOB!with exitement

Darkies Mob is currently being reprinted by the Judge Dredd Megazine - rumours are Charley's War is next!

yes i heard that as well, i wonder if they will ever get around to making the stories and strips avcailable as graphic novels?
