Apologies if I'm being dumb and this is easily answered but I seem to remember a UK DC reprint title (a la Mighty World of Marvel) at some time (probably late 60s early 70s). The name Super DC sticks in my mind but I'm certainly not sure.
It can't have lasted long. Anyone remember?
UK DC title?

Super DC was published by Top Sellers and ran for 14 issues from June ’69 – July ’70 and featured reprints of Batman, Superman, Superboy, Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane

Hee hee - a naked Batman.
Unbelievable that in the late 60s, a comic artist didn't know what Batman looked like!

There was also one Super DC annual produced, if a single appearance by a book can be called an 'annual'.

Cool
Nice to know that my brain hasn't completely left the building yet. It was just one of those childhood things that always stuck in my mind. I was only 6 at the time but I remember the first issue getting bought for me by an older cousin.
Might have known it would be in Lew's blog

I remember that - wasn't it called a "Bumper Book" rather than an annual? ISTR it went out in 1971 along with three other "bumper Books"/annuals: Batman, Superman and Superadventure.Kashgar wrote:There was also one Super DC annual produced, if a single appearance by a book can be called an 'annual'.
