How do you find out how much space is left on a blog...where is the icon..

Hey.
To find out how much space you have in your Picasa album go you need to sign in at Blogger, go to My Account (at the top). When the next page opens look for Picasa Web Albums. Next to it is a link entitled Settings. On this page there are four links. You need to go to Storage. On this page is a status bar telling you how much space you have used up. Pretty straightforward.

I've just realised that I have heaps of room and will be happily scanning for quite a while to come. Also you can purchase more space if needs be. $20.00 a year for 10 GBs is pretty good.

My blogger account is with goggle
Couldn't find Picasa Web when I clicked on accounts it came up with Goggle Account

on the help I found this info

I think I'll just carry on until I get a message that I've reached my limit..

Hm.
Well that is strange. When I log into my Google account, in the top right-hand corner I see that there are three links: iGoogle, My Account and Sign Out. Clicking on My Account takes me to Google Accounts. In the middle of the page is a heading entitled My Products, in it are listed Blogger and Picasa Web Albums amongst other things. You should see a link called Settings right next to 'Picasa Web Albums'. Click on that and it takes you to a page with a series of links: General, EMail Notification, Privacy and Permissions and Storage. Storage is the one you need.

Other than that I'm quite mystified. I'm assuming you're on a PC? They're kind of a mystery to me. I'm a Mac and Linux person myself.

There's a definate 'oddness' to a lot of British comics. There's always some creature or character disturbing the status quo. I think there's a little Quatermass in there: ordinary people involved in extraordinary circumstances.

...It applies to a lot of British Science Fiction as well. Brian Aldiss memorably pointed this out when he referred to the sub-genre exemplified by the works of John Wyndham (surely the model for so many of those strips set in the near future that regularly appeared in Buster, Dandy and Beezer during the 1960s) as the 'Cosy Catastrophe'!
