Who has it?
Found a download (!) so I checked, and no adventure strips in that one.
Well done so 1987 is the last Buster Annual to have an Adventrue strip 'Leopard from Lime Street' just like the comic.
Yep. Also, the 1988 annual as advertised as New BIG Size. It was a wholesale format change.

When I Googled it, I was hoping to find just a list of contents or something, and that illegal download happened to be among the first few results. The website says "Only legit downloads". I don't think so. Good news, Lew, Google's already on their backs.
Update- even more stuff taken down recently (May 22 2010)

update: there have been some worries about closing down the site (Ive posted some stuff Google blog didn't approve of.) If the site does go down i wanted folks to know..

You may want to start clicking links and bookmarking the download address's. Google took down 'behind the counter' and also one of my other sites recently - this could go at anytime. (Or may not) if you want something i strongly suggest grabbing favs first and allot of bookmarking.
I've already deleted the cbr file I downloaded.

"Partridge's Patch" was actually based on a TV series titled `Parkin's Patch` That of a country constable having to deal with a senior officer's rather prejudiced `Townie` outlook!

There's acouple of Sparky's I still need on E.Bay just now, Nos 8 & 12. I expect I will be locked in a deathly struggle with `Mon-Ell` on these!

Never fails to amaze me at how much these old british weekly comics go for on ebay. They are way above what they are worth. These things were printed in their millions yet fetch ridiculous prices at auction.I suppose you could compare it to blood type O+ being the most common yet the rarist when it comes to actual supply. Heh,I just answered my own question! What a clever chap I am

p.s. Time for my medication...no,seriously. :coat:

Not sure. I remember Lew covering it on his blog a while back but I have never owned a copy.

Cap! you could do some of what I get pumped into me at my local hospital!

Well done Earl! I know what it feels like when you get a No1 of a comic! I probably hold the world record for payment of No 1 `Sparky` comic-mind you; it had it's free gift intact!

Strangely-there is a big increase in the rate of pre 1970 Sparky's coming up on E.Bay just now! I went over 3 months between spotting 1966 editions there last year! I am currently bidding on Sparky's Nos 8, 12, 25 & 139.

I don't have 8 or 12 and only average copies of 25 & 139. So far only 139 is getting `rival bids` but I expect the others will too! I really want 8 & 12 as i'm only ten issues short of getting every one of the 652! I wonder if `Mon-Ell` is lurking ready to strike?
