these images are out of this world!!!
Re: What is your favourite blog at the moment?
I'm pretty sure that's an accurate assessment, Peter. I've certainly never seen anything like them in Liverpool in the last forty-odd years, and we do have most things up here, although it has to be said that Crikey! is usually a bit delayed.Peter Gray wrote:these images are out of this world!!!

It's not a blog, but I found this page after Digifiend referred to this site on another thread recently. This page is very entertaining/interesting and it's nicely presented.

Whose site is it? Someone on this forum?

Re: What is your favourite blog at the moment?
I've finally taken the tentative steps regarding my own blog after considering this option for some time.
It's been running less than a day, and first I'm adding existing archive artwork which illustrates this stuff nicely.
All-new material will be added after the early drawings are 'archived' first. It's so easy to do a blog: just the same as putting stuff on here! No mystery whatsoever........
Details in the link below.

I appreciate your interest, Nibbles! I will 'add' you back once I suss out the technology!
POSTSCRIPT: SORTED.
Niblet's Cheeky blog is extremely comprehensive and informative, as well as being well-written and entertaining.
A 'must' for any fans of late 70s and beyond UK comics.

Much appreciated, Peter! Your Services to all things cartoonhood is to be applauded.
I often thought about asking you advice on setting up a blog, but it turned out pretty easy [so far], although it's early days yet, and the layouts and templates I am using are pretty basic this far.........hoopefully I can get more polished visuals in the near future, but for the moment, this is fine .
Thanks again for all your support!

Re: What is your favourite blog at the moment?
I'm also working on brand new character stuff,Peter........who knows, I may present some stuff to the comics before long. I will be retaining all rights to the Boomer stuff, though, whatever happens.
But I have a few other ideas up my sleeve.
Glad you seem to like the blog........and you can call me
SPY if you so wish!
