quote from website
We take a visit from Christmas Past and print some classic pages from the Beano Christmas issues of yesteryear! Check out the Retro Section to see more! Any other classic pages you'd like us to print in the comic or on this website?

i want to see the Christmas pages in close up..
The three bears one looks great.wheres my magnifying glass..
Took them long enough! It was finally uploaded yesterday. http://www.beano.com/characters/bash-st ... c-stories!

Looks like they're off on their hols, as they already updated the Latest Issue page with tomorrow's details... well, it's probably out today anyway.

I'm not sure it has snow on the mask and is dated 25th Dec, is that last weeks?

The Christmas issue was the 11th December edition. There wasn't one last week, and they've used the snow covered logo twice running. This week's issue is actually the new year one, despite one more issue being due out in 2010.

This was the Christmas issue. Snow on the masthead, loads of festive things on the cover, came bagged with a free wooly hat. It was on sale for a fortnight, replaced by the one you bought today. Did you miss it?

Better call the subscriptions department then, they can send it as a back issue.

The Christmas Beano (which finally arrived yesterday) included a red and black striped beanie hat, which is big enough for my big head. Best free gift ever!

I held off on reading the Christmas Beano until today so I could get the full Christmas feeling with it although I've been shot with the snowballl gun quite a bit. It was a really good Christmassy issue. The snow on the titles took me back. The lights and tinsel around the edge of the pages was nice too. Lot of good stories, great drawing and some really funny jokes. Really feels like Christmas has started now I had my Christmas Beano. :D

Still waiting for the new one! It usually arrives Monday, sometimes Saturday, rarely Friday.

Well it won't arrive before Wednesday now, because Monday and Tuesday are both bank holidays, so there'll be no post.
