Most of the kids were obvious enough comic strip caricatures of the actors, though - it's only really Scooper and Spring who aren't.
I wondered if they'd whited out Tiger's toy tiger, too (another thing that obviously ties it to the show - but then, so do all the character names), but they didn't!
In the Beano, Pirates of the Caribeano was an obvious spoof of Pirates of the Caribbean, but technically that's a film rather than TV. Also, the Johnny Bean story in the 2009 Beano annual was a parody of Thomas the Tank Engine, although I'm not sure if that counts either as it was a one-off story rather than a regular feature.
Two definite ones I can remember are All Humans Tall and Small, a spoof of All Creatures Great and Small, and Snail of the Century (Sale of the Century).
