I have heard of Cinebooks, they are UK publisher (translators) of mostly French strips - Lucky Luke - Mortimer and Blake etc -The Biggles in question is based on the famous British character - this book is written and drawn (art by Chauvint and Uderzo) by French artisits/writers and is, as the title suggests a story of Biggles but set in the Falklands ( I think there was a previous Biggles French version comic)
