Name That Beano

Just acquired a large quantity of old Beano comics, and have found that one of them is missing a lot of the front cover... Just wondering if anyone can help me identify the issue number?

I know it's from 1988, and here's what else is inside it:

-The back cover Dennis story has Dennis using various items from a skip, the last of which is Mr. Mad from the Steve Wright Radio Show
-Billy Whizz - his mum lists the reasons why he doesn't have any friends
-Minnie the Minx takes her dad's place at work for the day
-Lord Snooty takes his manservants camping
-Ball Boy meets the Beano editor
-The Germs help Ill Will discover he can wiggle his ears
-The Bash Street Kids have to tidy the school because Janitor's ill
-Calamity James goes to Scotland for a holiday (in disguise)
-Pup Parade try to figure out the best bedtime drink
-Karate Sid accidentally beats up his fans
-Little Monkey finds that snow makes it difficult to climb trees
-Roger the Dodger does various bag-based dodges
-Number 13 - Boris and Frankie have been learning karate
-Gnasher & Gnipper mess about with Venetian blinds

Anyone able to help out there? Much appreciated!

On a comic page isn't the date in the bottom corner like BNO then 20.12.89 something like that...that would pin it down a bit..

EDIT: Two minutes of further research tells me that would make the "mystery" comic number 2376 - and there it is!

Really? Is it just me or do the Minnie stories all seem very similar... She's taken her Dad's places at work many times... Plus they use the 'stepping on the cracks' story a lot too...

Is that the same story that was reprinted in the Beano fairly recently?

It's a bit more of a hostile takeover for Minnie in this specific one - she pulls him into the bushes as he's leaving the house and then walks off, wearing his suit! She terrorises the other staff and trashes the office, but the Boss sees this in a different light and promotes Minnie's Dad to be the "new boss"!

Number 13 isn't the same one that was reprinted recently, either: Boris and Frankie are both in full gear, and whilst practising they manage to demolish the whole house, and the Dad makes them both rebuild it.

i clicked your link and checked some of their stuff £6.99 for iss 10 of wow not inc postage,i wonder if they sell much stuff as they aint got a clue on pricing,if its old it must be worth something.
