Just for the record, I really wasn't attempting to revisit the question of what constitutes a comic. The Cap just got the wrong end of the stick. It seems clear enough to me that my focus was simply on refining Nigel's point regarding the whereabouts, within the British Library's storage system, of DC Thomsons' output for children since 1921.

One thing it would be good for is saying what the Whizzer characters are and what the Chips characters were and which ones hid in the other comic for that issue.
