Red Dagger covers

Just posted my application to the site as one of my brothers had most of them when I was younger. Now trying to either pick up the Red Daggers or the original comics. As an aside, what DCT comic featured "Run Paul! Run!"? Have identified all the rest, but that one still stumps me.

'Run Paul! Run!' originally appeared in the Wizard (31/3/73)-(29/9/73). If anyone needs any info re 'Red Dagger' then please don't hesitate to post an email here and I'll try my best to help.

I once owned two of DCT's companion series to Red Dagger, titled Lucky Charm. They were both Ballet School type stories possibly from the 1950's or early 1960's all drawn by the brilliant Paddy Brennan, unfortunately I cannot recall the issue numbers..or the precise titles, though I do remember that one story was set in a Ballet School on a Scottish Island (where else?) and the other was set in the Middle East.
I would be grateful for any information, as I would like to track them down sometime.

Thanks to Tony, Kashgar and others for their interest in this thread...on the eaglfilesagain yahoo group site (in the files section) there is a listing that the group started putting together detailing all sorts of info. about each issue of Red Dagger, if you would like to help fill in some of those blanks then we'd be very grateful. It would fit very well into some work that a friend is doing on Red Dagger (that will hopefully see the light of day at some point). I'm sure he'd be grateful for any assitance anyone could provide.

We'd also like to know about Lucky Charm, hmm, maybe I'll start a thread about that.

Cheers to all for their help (to date and to come)

Valda was drawn by the same person that drew Madoc in the Victor and he also drew some of the Braddock stories.

Hi Tony, the two issues of 'Lucky Charm you are looking for are No2 'Sandra and the Castle Ballet' and No19 'Sandra and the Sultan's Ballet'. both as you say beautifully illustrated by Paddy Brennan. Little known fact - Did you know that Paddy Brennan drew himself into an early series of 'Sandra' as a ballet teacher /choreographer with the character even being called Paddy Brennan.
