As for the subject of Beano doing a new cartoon, I think it would be good if they had a short cartoon of different characters to go at the end of the Dennis cartoon. I think this could be a way of getting kids who don't buy the comic, interested in the other characters.
You won't find it online. It was never released on VHS or DVD and The Children's Channel closed 15 years ago.
