Looking at the same site, nothing like that in Cracker or Plug either.

I didn't even know this site existed is there gonna be a links page to such comic sites on this site somewhere or did you have one before the revamp etc,
The site moved a couple of months ago, used to be here: http://home.btconnect.com/thetopper/

Tony Blackburn even released a single "Who Shot JR?"

How about Gus The Gorilla on the cover of Cor!! against Mickey the Monkey on the cover of Topper?

Would the Bash Street Kids vs. The Swots & The Blots count? Or is "bunch of badly-behaved kids" too broad a character-type?

In which case...

Strange Hill vs. Strange Hill!

What about strips like Minnie the Minx and Bad Penny.
Or Jonah and Queen of the Seas.

In both instances the strips were very similar and both pairs were by the same artist, the first Leo Baxendale and the second Ken Reid. It's almost as if they were continuing the same strip they did for DC Thomson but in another publisher's comic.
