It was announced about six weeks ago on the Down the Tubes blog, a place where every member of this forum should be visiting on a regular basis if you want to keep up with UK comics news:big bad bri wrote:I was Flicking through the 2000ad xmas special which arrived today and in the letters page tharg said that one eyed jack from valiant/ Eagle would be the 1st archive book out in july and to keep an eye on futher announcements in 2017.I never saw the original announcement which was implied though.

Cheers Lew. They've also hinted at Roy of the Rovers stuff too, but it's a bit smoke and mirrors at the moment. I know another collection is also in the pipeline but can't say any more about that one just yet. Hoping there will be a few reveals at the 2000AD 40th Anniversary show, where I'm chairing a panel.Lew Stringer wrote:It was announced about six weeks ago on the Down the Tubes blog, a place where every member of this forum should be visiting on a regular basis if you want to keep up with UK comics news:big bad bri wrote:I was Flicking through the 2000ad xmas special which arrived today and in the letters page tharg said that one eyed jack from valiant/ Eagle would be the 1st archive book out in july and to keep an eye on futher announcements in 2017.I never saw the original announcement which was implied though.

Well, according to Hibernia comics (who spotted it on Previews), the first merger released comic will be "Lawless Touch" (a Tornado mag story), and it will be printed not on its own but as a Judge Dredd Megazine supplement...
