British Comics Fanzine?

I am indeed one of those 'dozen or so people' bidding on old comics on Ebay. Trying to buy back some of those issues (including complete run of Scream <sob>) that had been thrown out when I discovered drinking!

Unfortunately, I tend agree with the notion that there simply isn't enough interest to make this a viable proposition.

However, I would also gladly welcome such a publication with open arms.

There are hardly any books on British comics, let alone magazines or fanzines. There is relatively little on the internet apart from this and a handful of other sites. There are hardly even any comics on sale any more.

Catch-22 situation: produce a fanzine because there isn't much else about but, for this reason, would there be the required interest?

Shame.

Then again, Classics From The Comics appears to be popular enough with it's reprints, as are the Beano/Dandy books, so imagine something that wasn't tied to one single publisher and also featured strong editorial content...
