If the strip was suggesting that Nosey Parker and the violent thug were struggling to see because the blackout was in force, why did the artist confuse the reader by suggesting that it wasn't by drawing a fully lit up shop window?swirlythingy wrote:I thought for sure he'd manage to read the notice and discover it was about the blackout!
