Favourite characters/stories in girl's comics

Discuss all the girls comics that have appeared over the years. Excellent titles like Bunty, Misty, Spellbound, Tammy and June, amongst many others, can all be remembered here.

I had the same trouble this afternoon but everything's back to normal now; perhaps it's something to do with temporarily exceeding the site's bandwidth? I imagine you'll get them all back before long. (feel free to copy any of my scans when you do by the way! )

By the way, I am getting this message from Tinypic and some of the images are appearing as image not available:

Tinypic is no longer accepting uploads from international locations, and links are turned off. If you have content on Tinypic, you can still view the URLs and the content, but only on Tinypic. To upload, share, or link content, please go to Photobucket.com to register an account. You will need to upload your content again to your Photobucket account, but you will be able to share and link your images and videos. Were sorry for the inconvenience and hope that you enjoy Photobucket, our premier image and video site. Haga clic aqui para obtener mas detalles.

anyway, If I cannot see them tomorrow I will let you know... snifff

I think Photobucket might be closing down Tinypic.
In July 2010 TinyPic blocked access to the site to users from Argentina, cutting off thousands of users to access, view or delete their stored images. As of August 2010, no statement has been released from TinyPic nor any of the numerous users' questions replied, instead a sign appears upon accessing the website inviting users to join PhotoBucket, but without giving any solutions for the users' stored images and videos.

On Sept 23, 2010 Tinypic announced without warning that they are no longer accepting uploads from international locations and that all links are turned off. A reason for this has not been provided.

So waiting is futile, Ruth, sorry. The situation won't be any different tomorrow. Everyone, I suggest that you don't use Tinypic any more.

I'm still able to see all the Tinypic images, but if Ruth can't it may be because she's logging in from Ireland. An alternative way of gaining access might be to click the 'quote' button at the bottom right of the message in which the picture you want was posted, copy the jpeg code that appears (remembering to exclude the [/img] from the end and the Image

Tinypic is back to work (again with no warning or explanation given), but I think I am going to stick to imageshak, just in case.

Wow! We really must give credit where it's due. Fancy coming up with such an inventive way of using up the unsold remnants of a bumper crop. Furthermore, this technological miracle has so far been successfully concealed from Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. Those cunning Irish are obviously not about to risk another potato famine! :D

OK, Ruth, let me get this straight. Are you trying to tell me that an apple is a potato, or even a potatoe, now that Dan Quayle has put us right on the speeling? :D

Those pages from Diana 1978 were done via tinypic last night and I had mega Barney Rubble. Took me dozens of attempts. I've never known nothin' like it. Is there a good alternative?
