My brief tribute to the original Eagle comic went "live" today on my blog. (This week being the 60th anniversary of the title.) You can read it here:

I like it. Not going OTT as many people do on the Morris angle, this is a great blagger's guide to the Eagle. Unfortunately, I was merely months old when the Eagle was laid to rest so I never saw it even in its declining years.
