I see you've changed your skin. Your Bravenet Counter Stats is broken. The NOTW Uh Oh Si Co article was only printed in Scotland, wasn't in the English edition I bought. So it won't be anywhere near 2.9million readers who saw it.

Works fine for me. Perhaps it depends on which browser you're using? Blogger does not work properly when viewed on IE.

It also appeared in many regional papers across the country.

The Bravenet counter doesn't have anything to do with Blogger or it's owner Google. However, I just checked Chrome, and it does seem to be an IE issue.

It's a gadget that you can choose to add as part of the Blogger design. It may be created by Bravenet but it's Blogger that make it available in this case as an add-on.

Internet Explorer is cr@p, which is why I've had this notice at the top of my blog for months:

"Viewing the blog: This site is best viewed by using Safari or Firefox. Some layout problems occur using Internet Explorer."

On some versions of IE the entire Blogger format doesn't show properly, with everything shoved into one column. Internet Explorer is just not suitable to view websites as intended.

Hi Lew
Just to say none of the images open up large for me when I click on them now that you've changed the layout..I can still use the magnifying glass icon..it must be my internet explorer But this is a new problem..

Not a major thing But thought I'd mention it..

Can't wait to get the Black Bob book one day..

Thanks for telling me. That is quite major if the strip can't be read properly. Dump IE. Use another browser.

As I said, IE is rubbish for Blogger. Use Firefox, Safari, or another browser. They're free to download.

This is how your blog appears if I open it in Internet Explorer:

Incidentally, is anyone else having the problems Peter had with my blog?

By the way, this is how my blog SHOULD look. Is anyone seeing it differently? Please let me know as I don't want to waste my time if it's appearing as gibberish.

I get your blog the way its meant to be Lew and can open the links no problem - strange as it seems I just got the very issue of SMASH (Holiday Special) you reviewed down from my loft for a read last night.

You're using a Mac, right Lew? The problem with Peter's blog is only affecting the Mac version of IE by the looks of it, looks fine in IE8 on Windows XP. The Mac version of IE is two versions out of date compared to Windows. I suspect IE6 would have the same problem.

And clicking on the images on your blog works fine for me as well.

Hey, Lew!

I'm using Chrome, and can report that your site is looking just like the screenshot you posted in that particular browser, so HURRAH!

Keep up the excellent work, I've had your blog bookmarked for months and never miss an update!

Hi Peter, The enlarged images should appear in a new window anyway but glad you have it sorted.

Digi, yes I use a Mac and IE isn't suitable for viewing blogs on it. Other browsers are fine though. (I don't find IE a very good browser anyway and never use it.)
