The easiest one is Major Eazy of Battle based on the looks of James Coburn.

Two more obvious ones - Bolland's Judge Anderson bears more than a passing resemblance to Debbie Harry, and Garry Leach's Marvelman uses Paul Newman as a model.

That reminds me that One Eyed Jack from the Valiant was based on Dirty Harry but he looks more like David Rasche from Sledgehammer which, itself, was a spoof of Dirty Harry.

I recall a short-lived 1980s comic that clearly used A-Ha's singer Morten Harket for its lead character in an action orientated strip.

The strip 'The Laughing Cats' (Diana, 1967) clearly used David McCallum as reference for its male lead. I believe the artist was Gonzalez, who had drawn 'The Man from UNCLE' in 'Lady Penelope' the previous year (as well as 'The Avengers' in Diana, which this strip replaced), so he would have had adequate reference. I did wonder if the female lead in 'Laughing Cats' was supposed to be Stephanie Powers ('The Girl from UNCLE') but the likeness is less obvious if so...

Diana Rigg, surely?
