Also it appeared in Billy Whizz drawn in the style of Malcolm Judgeswho in the past drew both strips

That's not surprising, as Wilbur does draw the Badd Lads for the Dandy Annual. That's how he got the Billy Whizz job in the first place.

I probably would have went through the entire 60s Beezer characters eventually, Peter! Second attempt wasn't too bad........though I say so meself.
