I'm trying to think of examples. St Trinians, Jane, Andy Capp, the 2000 AD ones (including Hardware), Tiffany Jones, Zero One, Modesty Blaine, the Dan Dare pilot with Bathurst and Hughes, and Agents of Shield uses Marvel UK characters,

Any others?
I am also including things like Thunderpants, which are unofficially "borrowing" from UK comics.
I would almost put some of the Bonds and Doctor WHo - which take ideas from the comics.

Yeah, the Doctor Who episode The Lodger was an adaptation of a same named comic strip from DWM.

Psylocke was originally a character from Captain Britain - she's his sister - and as such originates from Marvel UK. She appears in the new X-Men Apocalypse movie.

Rupert The Bear, Captain Pugwash and Billy Bunter are three that pop into my mind.

Bananaman,Dan Dare and Dennis the menace cartoons.

Actually, I'm not aware of Andy Capp in TV/film at all, either live-action or animation. Did I miss it?

Andy Capp was made as a live action TV series back in the 1980s. It featured James Bolam as Andy and Paula Tilbrook as Flo. Had to Google as I could not remember who had starred as Flo.

Billy Bunter was made for TV in the 1950s and also starred a very young Michael Crawford!

And how could I forget Jane! I happily remember Glynis Barber doing that role in my formative years...

As to the title, it can be read as Live Action Film and TV or it could be read as Live Action Film and TV

I did miss it! Actually, James Bolam as Andy sounds vaguely familiar, but I don't think I ever saw it. Might have to have a forage on Youtube.

Captain Pugwash was initially live action in that it was performed and went out live.

ITC's Adventures of Rupert Bear puppet series, from 1969, would also be described as live action.
