Renato Fratini: Seeking copies or scans of Top Spot Magazine and more!

Hi everyone, thanks so much for having me here.

I'm seeking scans of late 1950s British magazines that featured illustrations by Renato Fratini for a book that I'm writing. Fratini was prolific in the UK from the late 1950s through to early 1970s and is perhaps best known for his work on 007 film poster 'From Russia with Love'. Sadly, he passed away in 1973.

For my book I have amassed almost 1000 pieces across his commercial illustration work, posters (Italy and U.K.) and of course, hundreds of book covers. Some of Fratini's amazing work can be seen https://levergallery.com/pages/renato-fratini

He produced works for Fleetway in a range of publications (internal illustrations, comics and covers) and I'd be grateful if anyone can assist with scans, I will of course provide a credit in the book that I'm looking to publish in 2023 (50th Anniversary of Fratini's death). This book is being published with the blessing of his family:
  • Top Spot Magazine (between issues 20 and 49)
    The Sun 532 - 537 (others?) - Battler Britton http://splankblog.blogspot.com/2017/08/ ... itton.html
Famous Romance Library no. 90 1959 / Love Story Picture Library no. 313 1961 (there may be many more)
Sexton Blake covers 369, 432 (there may be others?) (I have these in my collection: 430, 434, 437, 511)
    Thriller Picture Library 278 6/1959
You may also have originals or other relevant items, I'd be more than happy to hear from you.

Thank you so much for your consideration and reviewing this request.

sounds like a great project - sadly I don't have any issues that you are looking for, good luck in your search though

Tim, can you tell me the name of any strips that might be in Top Spot. I own just one issue (because I have the artwork for a story - but not by Fratani!)
