I grew up in the 60s watching UNCLE on the portable TV in the kitchen. It's been my favourite TV show since then. Like him I used to carry home made gadgets, I had one of those silver coloured pens with the different coloured inserts which looked like a communicator. To this day I carry a home made UNCLE ID card. I have one in every jacket pocket and in my bus pass and debit card wallets. I'm currently recording the series from Talking Pictures TV onto a USB memory stick along with Batman, Department S, Jason King, UFO and other 60s classics. Department S returns to Rewind at the end of September.
