...but i'll have a go.

very similar style, despite lack of greywash in this one, which was a rush job as a filler issue, and this one is fa philpott. i think the figures are correct, maybe not the backgrounds.

This certainly looks more Philpott than someone else whereas the other looks more the work of someone else with touchs of Philpott.
