Could the artist's name be Tony Speer? There was an artist of that name who drew for Sparky in the 1960’s, and had a long career in girls’ comics from the 60’s to the late 80’s. Looking at these samples, I'd say that your Magic Man strip might possibly be by Bujeiro, but definitely isn't Capaldi.

I don't know Ramiro Bujeiro's work, but this doesn't look like Mario Capaldi.

It seems that he did quite a few occasional episodes after he finished his stint as main artist. I've added all the ones I know of to the list - new list attached. If you come across any more, please let me know.
