Re: What comics did you buy today?

I've bought myself a handful of Vulcan and it's bringing back all sorts of memories from my youth; Trigan Empire, Robot Archie, Kelly's Eye, House of Dolman, Steel Claw and Spider.

It's just wonderful, wonderful stuff

Re: A new British adventure weekly.... Could it ever happen?

I guess the question is really will there be a new British adventure mag like the ones from our childhood years. Probably not. I did try to get some of the better small press creators together for one but... And yet... http://paragoncomic.blogspot.co.uk/2014/06/paragon-16-review.html PARAGON is an ...

The Secret of the Samurai

There's a new Julius Chancer strip starting in issue 75 by the brilliant Garen Ewing which I heartily recommend to everyone.
Anyone who liked the Rainbow Orchid will love this new story featuring the same main character

Re: STRIP Rant

I thought John had passed on his editorial duties on STRIP?

It is a shame - I enjoy reading it. When a new one finally appears.

Re: DREDD (2012)

The film was pretty good but I saw this at the CannyComicCon and it has just been posted on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aavS_XUITXU Judge Minty - done for a much smaller budget than either Stallone's film or the latest one but much more in keeping with the comic. If you haven't seen this ...

PARAGON 3 out now!

Yes indeed folks, it's finally here - the new issue of PARAGON is back from the printers. A 32 page anthology featuring zombies, vampires, hitmen and cute animals getting mushed and squished by demons from another dimension. Not to mention a certain pachyderm superhero! So if you like Bollywood Man...
