'Bird Boy' in 'Victor' (1972)

Quite a coincidence for me to come on Comics UK and find this thread started today - I just won 10 consecutive issues of Victor from Ebay, discovered Bird Boy for the first time when they arrived yesterday. and read the 9 instalments in them yesterday evening. Quite a barmy strip. I don't know who did it but it's the most appealing artwork in the issues.

Looks to be the 70's Morgyn The Mighty artist to me. Thanks to the hint from Kashgar, the artist Garica (identified by Lambiek as Antonio Garcia) seems to have done a lot of Victor work in the 70's, so the provenance seems good to me. Amongst his other works are the marine that escaped from Antwerp during WW1 with a Belgian gun dog pairing. Great art, but some really strange strips!

Thanks for the possible answer Col, but does anyone have any confirmed Garcia work from 'Victor' they can post here so I can double-check? The Lambiek entries aren't clear enough for me to be certain...

Bird Boy (Victor Nos 593-607) is indeed the work of Antonio Garcia.
