CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY THIS CHARACTER FROM A 50'S COMIC

In one of these three-(Wizard,Rover or Hornet) He was found in some remote place. He was a fantastic cricket player. I think he described his cricket bat as"Clickeyba"

The story was The Wolf Of Kabul. The Wolf himself was Bill Samson and his sidekick was Chung, a mountain man from the Himalayas. Chung used a cricket bat for a weapon and called it a clickey-ba. Dont know what paper it originally appeared in, possibly Victor, but the childhood of the characters - a story called Young Wolf appeared in very early issues of Warlord in the 1970s

Yes,it's THE WOLF OF KABUL aka BILL SAMPSON. His bat was called "clicky-ba" by his servant CHUNG. The character was in text stories in THE WIZARD in the 1930s;went to pictures in HOTSPUR 1961-75 and his early life featured as YOUNG WOLF in 1975 WARLORD;he had a stint in BUDDY from 1981 as well. You find all this stuff in COMIC BITS history of Thomson! Terry
