I think Art Attacks still going but it would be a shame for childrens shows like this to stop broadcasting.

It's not. No new episodes since 2007. At least SMart continued, despite the death of Mark Speight.

I remember in a book I have - The World of Wallace & Gromit - in the first bit explaining about stop-frame animation (the technique behind W&G, Morph, Shaun the Sheep and many others) it shows a picture of Morph 'on set' with the clapper board, reading Take Hart, with Hart crossed out and Morph written on. Morph was made by Aardman Animations several years before Nick Park joined them. In fact, Morph was aired before Nick even had the idea of A Grand Day Out.

12 years before. Nick Park's first short, Creature Comforts, and A Grand Day Out are both from 1989, Morph started in 1977.

If your interested in animation Johnny I would go for 'Cracking Animation' it charts Aardmans success as well as giving an insight into the history of stop motion.
