Bit of a long shot this one, but does anybody remember a Guy Fawkes board game as the centre pull-out from either Whoopee/Whizzer and Chips or Buster, circa 1977-1979?
I recall it was a feature over 3 or 4 weeks and you stuck the centre pages to card to make a Guy Fawkes board game.
My hazy memory seems to recall it but I have no way of checking.
So I'm hoping someone out there can tell me if I'm correct. And even better, the issue dates, etc.
Thanks in advance.

No, although interesting, that's unfortunately not what I remember. It was definately a series of pull-outs that you collected over 2-3-4 weeks to make a game.
But thanks for posting the ad Peter, can you tell me the comic name and date?

Yes Pensky, The first one (with the bizarre cut out fiery mask thing) is dated 1st Nov 1980, and the other is from Whoopee & Wow dated 5th Nov 1983, interestingly, it claims to be issue 500 - the 'oo' in 'Whoopee' is cunningly arranged to be the two noughts in '500'. I often wonder whether anyone actually cut them out and either put them on their Guy or wore them? I know I never did!
