Well, not a comic, but I just bought the latest Doctor Who Quick Read novel, The Silurian Gift (like all of this year's QRs, it's only £1!). The Beezer and Whizzer and Chips get a mention in the first chapter. The Doctor calls them "quality tabloids".

Today, I received 6 'Beano Superstars' comics which I'd bought on eBay a couple of days ago. All in very good condition.

Any missing from my list?

:offtopic2: Oh blimey, looks like I screwed up last time I updated the page. The logo url had inexplicably been changed, resulting in the file not found placeholder appearing instead.

Got my Warhammer Monthly 6 today. Even though I used to get it in the past, I had forgotten how good this comic is. Especially as some of the writers/artists are also in 2000AD.
Reading comics since 1970. My Current Regulars are: 2000 AD (1977-), Judge Dredd Megazine (1990-), Spaceship Away (2003-), Commando (2013-), Deadpool and Wolverine (2023-), Quantum (2023-), Fantastic Four (2025-).

I see you changed your avatar again. Added two more titles to your regular buying schedule have you?

Yup. Commando and The Mighty World of Marvel. The Dandy left too big a hole for just one comic to fill.

If anyone with an extremely healthy bank balance is interested (Mon-Ell perhaps?) Compal comic auctions have a copy of Dandy No 1 rated Good plus condition! I don't know what price it is at now-but if anyone has a few hundred (thousand even!?) here is your chance!

I received a lot of comics today. Four Busters from 1990/91, 2 'Chips' comics from the 80s (minus the Whizzers, but they were nice and cheap) and 11 more Busters from the 80's.
Got a lot to read at the moment, I have quite a pile to catch up on not including these.

And the rest. :D

At least I have a couple of copies of the last issue. Who knows, they may even be worth something in a thousand years' time. That's the plan anyway.
