Please ID this girls' comic artist #4: David Matysiak

Hi chaps, I found this artist interesting because I have examples of their work from two very different types of girls' comic. "The Girl Who Came Back" is a ghost story from the Bunty 1986 annual, and "I Wanted My Best Friend's Guy" is a romance story from Blue Jeans annual 1979.

Again, if anyone recognises who this artist is, or if you have more artwork by the same chap to share, I'd love to know!

This is the artist that Comics UK member (and blogger on all things weird and wonderful) Fustar aptly nicknamed 'Spooky'. After a certain amount of speculation Kashgar finally went well beyond the call of duty to find out that his real name is David Matysiak.

Aha brilliant! Another artist identified. I do feel sad for them that they weren't generally allowed to sign their work. Cheers Phil
