A quick Google search comes up with an interview with Starblazer artist Tony O'Donnell, who mentions Grant Morrison and several other writers and artists:

I know Mike McMahon worked on one, no.71 'Jaws of Death'.

Some later issues documented the full credits for Starblazer. Most famous name is Grant Morrison. I may have the listings but I'm currently on holiday, so you will need to wait and see.
